Thank you for choosing our Restaurant. We are excited to present our new steak menu to you. We gave considerable thought to which steaks to offer and think you will like the ones we chose. We made a decision to offer high quality Genuine Black Angus beef rather than focusing on low price cuts. If your steak is not satisfactory, please let us know.
All of our steaks are lightly seasoned then seared in a pat of butter before cooking to the desired degree of doneness. This butter searing process helps retain the steaks natural juices and enhances the beefy flavor.
